Boat day trips from Kavos
The southern tip of Corfu is the closest part of the island to Paxos, to Sivota and to the Albanian coast. On a boat, being at the end of the island is an advantage.

Paxos, Antipaxos and the blue caves
The classic day out from here. Paxos for the harbour villages and the wine, Antipaxos for water that has to be seen rather than described, and the sea caves along the west coast of Paxos on the way.
It is a full day. Take more water than you think you need.
The Blue Lagoon and Sivota
Across to the mainland coast north of Igoumenitsa, where a string of small islands makes the water shallow, still and improbably clear. Boats depart from both Corfu Town and Lefkimmi, and Lefkimmi is the closer of the two to us.
Saranda, in Albania
A different country for the day, about as far from us as Corfu Town is. Saranda takes its name from an early monastery dedicated to forty saints, and the trip is as much about the crossing as the destination.
One thing to sort out in advance:
- Bring your passport — an ID card is not enough for this one
- Tell us at least a day ahead so we can get you on the list
Our own two boats
We have two boats, for six and for eight, for the days that do not fit a timetable: a bay you would rather have to yourselves, a morning's fishing, or a group that does not want to share a deck. Ask at reception and we will build a day around it.
